...I do too seldom. I think it would be good to do always when you are feeling disoriented and your head is filled with too much noise. This Sunday I've been just chilling out, watching movies, doing some tibetan rites (affects mainly the middle-body deep muscles) and YES, meditating. Although I did not meditate for any longer that 25 minutes, I felt the effect. My head is now clear, I feel very calm and relaxed. Meditation, for me, is a good way to a) figure out the things that are on your mind and b) to relax. What comes to a) is evident in the first minutes of the process. When you concentrate on e.g. your own breathing and try to keep it at that, thoughts pop into your mind. Sometimes more, sometimes less. This time there were a lot. I found it hard to keep focus. Every time the thought pops in, I try to think it as something I accept as being my thought, let it pass away and concentrate again on my breathing. At some point the noise lessens to a point, where you are ready to proceed to calm yourself through imagining certain things that affect your chakras. For a long time I have not received as immense sense of tranquility as I did just now. My head became light, my breathing was slow, weight dropped from my chest and stomach. I was for a while in a flow state (or so I like to call it). After doing this for some while I ended the meditation. My feet were killing me (lotus position is not good for my knees), but I was calm. Now I'm though again feeling the weight coming back.. but it was fun while it lasted.
Yeah, and my mun sent me a package of food, some organic dry rye bread, john west tuna, salami-rod and some dark chocolate <3. They were eaten today with great passion and lust. Thank you!

That's cool!
VastaaPoistaOff-top. Have you ever had rather long experience of hitch-hiking? I'm talking about totally free travelling. And if you did -- how was it and are you going to repeat hitch-hiking in future?

I actually have never hitch-hiked :) Always had to pay something even though it was a civilian car.
