The poor bastard claimed Finnish food is not good. We were cooking with Özkan, with the help of Perttu this Finnish vegetarian dish... It was fun, teaching and overall very nice experience.

The recipe:

-Go to Prague, Czech Republic
-Take the funicular up to Petrin hill
-Have a sunny and mildly warm day
-Go under a tree with a lot of greenery and branches; position yourself in the shadow and lay on your back, gazing at the sky

-Look up as the wind blows gently on the leaves of the tree.. or then close your eyes.. and let the music take you away.
