Kinkkinen juttu: Last day in heaven

This is it then.

Yesterday. Good food in a good company - I would like to extend my gratitude especially to Alard Yang, who was so kind as to offer a dinner for me (& Silja) and organize it well. Thank you also other friends for being there! And those who were not there, thanks for being in Beijing for all this time and having such a good time with me!

And nobody stole my camera \o/ even though we went to Helen's to say goodbye to each other and the bar itself. Byebye Helen's, you were a very dear friend of mine! You always offered me such good food, such cheap and tasty drinks, such good company that I will never forget you!

Today. I'll pack my shit and probably will not sleep at all, since the flight to HK leaves at 07.30 tomorrow morning, which means we'd have to wake up quite early - I might as well stay up and sleep on the plane. Plus we have to check out from our rooms in the middle of the night, which is a procedure on its own, so dunno how long that's gonna take.

And what a lovely weather it is today in Beijing, + 8 degrees of Celsius, sunny and calm, as most of the students have left for their holidays. We're still holding the fort here! Just now me and Natalie went to Qingqing burger to eat some junk food and after that we just enjoyed some ice-cream and basked in the sun in front of our studying building (C-building).

In Hong Kong not that much plans.. Just to eat Cantonese food, maybe see the Avatar, go to the peak of Hong Kong Island, see some evening harbour lights in Kowloon (central area of HK), which actually translates to 'nine dragons'. Maybe go to a club that Natalie has so kindly promised to introduce to us.

From tomorrow (Thursday 28th) on my Chinese cellphone number will cease to exist; instead, use my golden oldie +358407592177. E-mails I'll try to check whenever I get the chance during the trip.
